Hi, I'm looking for an anime i saw when i was a kid, about 10-20 years ago. Sorry I can't give a more specific date. From what I can remember it's about a boy, whose mother offended the dragon gods by eating the fish that was suppose to use as a sacrifice to the dragon gods while she was pregnant with the boy. That's pretty much all I can remember. I saw it in Chinese, so I'm not sure if the original is in Chinese or Japanese. Thanks for any help anyone can give.
