[INFO][ADMIN] Reminder - Still looking for shorter Anime Primer entries

This is a reminder that I am looking for shorter entries for some titles
in the Anime Primer. I instituted a limit of 25 lines per entry (with
72 columns per line) in September 2004. As of this posting, these
entries are each longer than 25 lines:

Crest of the Stars (26 lines)
Fancy Lala (30 lines)
Gundam (36 lines)
Hikaru no Go (26 lines)
Kiki's Delivery Service (27 lines)
Last Exile (27 lines)
Macross (27 lines)
Magic Knight Rayearth (55 lines!)
Megazone 23 (34 lines)
Mysterious Cities of Gold (32 lines)
Oniisama E (27 lines)
Witch Hunter Robin (38 lines)

I have enough knowledge to be able to re-write the entry for "Kiki's
Delivery Service". Assistance with slimming down the other entries, or
extremely good reasons why the current entries should remain (keeping in
mind that the entries for "Akira", "Gunbuster", and "Sailor Moon" have
already been trimmed) would be appreciated.


(BTW, it's been over a year since I last received any new entries for
the Hentai Primer. Doesn't anyone out there watch the stuff, or has
there really been no new good hentai titles lately?)

Gundam comprises enough different continuities, each with their own
(more or less) unique take on a (more or less) common collection of
themes, that it simply can't and shouldn't be trimmed. Gundam Wing != UC
Gundam != G Gundam != Gundam X != Turn A Gundam. It's arguable that some
of them share deeper-than-surface similarities (Wing, UC and SEED being
the main culprits), but that still leaves at least 4 separate items.

In a pinch, I'd suggest that you split it into Gundam (UC) and Gundam
(Alternate Universes) - so each entry would indeed be 25 lines or less.

That's an excellent idea. Not being a Gundam fan, though, I can't write
the new entries. Any volunteers?
