I in a fit of brilliance decided to start downloading the entire FFML
archive from http://ffml.anifics.com/archives/ and
http://ffml.anifics.com/archives/old . Nothing like it when you trying
to find chapters for a fan fiction.

I've noticed something - there appears to be a hole between 2001-01
(January) and 2001-06 (June) . Anyone know where these can be located ?
Yes I have done the google thing but other than searching on "FFML
archive" I have no idea where to look.

If this is off topic can people please email me off the list

First of all, if you have a list operations question, please take it to the list
admins <ffml-admins@anifics.com> instead of the list at large. There's no
reason for a question to go out to thousands of subscribers when it can be
answered by one person, and we can decide whether a public posting of the
answer is appropriate.

As you will discover if you read the postings before and after the gap, the
reason there are no posts between the dates you mention is that the FFML was
not operating between those dates. White Wolf, the original maintainer and
owner of the FFML, was no longer able to host the list after January 2001, and
the list was not resurrected on Philip Mak's server until June of that year. So
there is no way to locate FFML archives for this period because they don't
exist.
