As for confirming via email it is very easy, you just hit the reply button on your email client and it should work.

That's what I keep doing. All I get is a message back saying 'Invalid number of parameters' then 'Unknown command'.

Look, does anyone know why this isn't working? I've tried replying, I've tried giving the command they mention--but I just CAN'T CONFIRM. The server continues to give me a command that is worthless, and I honestly have no idea what's going on...
