OK, so I get this wild idea about running a web archive, but don't know
where to start. Fanfiction.net runs one, but it's not clear as to the
code they run.
Any ideas? I'd be partial to running something perl/CGI or PHP, and
specifically not ASP (I'm running Apache 2.0 on a Linux box).
