looking for VCD version of Outlaw Star

I am looking for VCD versions of Outlaw Star. Any suggestions on where to
get these would be appreciated.

You misspelled DVD, and you can get them at Suncoast, Sam Goody, Best Buy,
and a wide variety of online retailers.

Is there a problem with the legal release that Bandai put out on DVD
years ago?
