looking for an old anime movie

Hi, for a while now I've been looking for this anime movie that aired on scifi channel's saturday anime. I can't remeber the name, and only a small part of the plot, it took place in this underground eden type thing and that the top city was trying to destroy. If anyone can tell me where to find listings of anime's that played on the scifi-channel or can possible remember then name of this? I would be very greatful:)

is this scfi in the US or in the UK?

Because I had thought that the UK Sci-Fi channel had stopped airing its Anime for this year?
