As in the Ranma character? There are if I'm not mistaken at least a couple
of other anime Kasumis. The Pokemon character Misty is Kasumi in the
Japanese original from what I understand.

A good start for Ranma 1/2 Kasumi centered fanfiction would be The
Church of Ranma and Kasumi.
