I don't think it's stated anywhere. The Kunou family does have its own
style,but that's what the principal uses. Note that Ukyou trained on her own,
Ryuu Kumon learned from the Yama Senken scroll and Konatsu is a natural prodigy.

There's no direct evidence, although Kodachi seems to do the cooking. I'd guess

I'd just like to say that for all the evidence the manga provides about their
mother, Tatewaki and Kodachi could be the product of a twisted genetics
experiment involving mutant pineapples.
