We really should keep these fight threads in rec.arts.anime.fandom...
(Crossposted to r.a.a.fandom, followups set to r.a.a.fandom only.)

Usagi vs. Pikachu: Usagi's a pretty tough girl, even when she isn't in
her "Sailor Moon" persona. And, like her namesake animal, she's a nasty
close-in fighter. ("Sailor Moon Kick!")

Jupiter vs. Pikachu: No contest - Jupiter wins this one. She fights to
the "kill", not to the first knockout.

Mercury vs. Misty: Even being generous and giving Misty a full
assortment of water pokemon, Mercury still wins. Water doesn't do much
once it's frozen.

Brock vs. Rei: Hmmmmm... I'm not going to try calling this one.

Brock making a pass at Minako: He'd get his face slapped, since he
isn't her type. (Brock making a pass at Makoto, OTOH, would be safer,
since he'd probably remind her of her old sempai...)

Considering her brother is about Ash's age, once she
notices that Pikachu is attacking on command, she'll
most likely ignore the mouse and pummel the trainer.

But can she hit him at all? A pokemon on "Swift"
is really fast. And is Jupiter immune to Thundershock?
Has it ever been established that she isn't subject
to electrical damage?

Misty is pretty pathetic in the anime;
in the manga, she at least has her Gyrados.
But Mercury would be likely (IMO) to analyze
her opponents instead of fighting them, since
they aren't a serious threat, so the "fight" could
go on for quite a while.

I can imagine Vulpix dumping Brock and
deciding to follow Rei around instead; how
would she react to that?

Would Minako really be that violent? Brock
makes verbal passes, after all; they don't really
warrant physical retaliation.
