View Full Version : [Q] Identify this anime...

I am afraid that I don't have much to go on here. My boss asked me today to
identify an anime he saw playing at our local Suncoast the other day. His
best description was that it resembled the movie 'ALIENS'. I haven't a clue
as to whether it was a movie or a OAV/TV series, but I thought I would
check here to see if someone might have some leads on what to check into.
Unfortunately he didn't ask the guy at Suncoast what was playing. Any help
will be greatly appreciated. Please post here or reply by e-mail.
Thanks in advance.

Offhand I can think of two possibilities, though I'm sure there are more...
1) it was the "Toys in the Attic" episode of Cowboy Bebop or
2)it was the movie "They Were 11"
More or less,

Perhaps E.Y.E.S. Of Mars? I have a screener somewhere in my pile,
and I recall it having something similar...

Aliens? Aliens?!
You might as well have said Blade Runner!
It's one of the most ripped off themes in anime! ^_^
Laters. =)

That's because they think of how the Terminator robot looked after he
lost his skin...
Plotwise, BGC is closer to Blade Runner.
Also... think of Largo, and of the 33S and 33C boomers.
