Legend:
Series: Which anime (and non anime in case of cross-overs) series this
story covers.
Title: Title of your story.
Chapter: Chapter number, prologue, epilogue or One Shot for stand alone
story
Web site: URL to your stories or None
Genre: What style of story is this. Examples: Lemon, Lime, Dark, WAFF,
Comedy, Drama, Adventure, Action, Horror, Cross-over, Mystery, etc.
Status: What stage your story is in. Example: Complete, waiting for C&C,
Being revised, Draft.

Synopsis: A brief description of your story. Should be crafted so that
it doesn't give the story away but piques the interest of the readers.
